Malowpeak Inc provides computer systems design services, including technology infrastructure planning, cloud systems design, software environment design, systems integration, database planning, workflow automation planning, cybersecurity and access control planning, IT consulting, web platform and portal design, system testing, technical documentation, and ongoing system support.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, current system details, project requirements, technical access when applicable, platform credentials when required, approval decisions, files, workflow details, vendor information, data requirements, and any documentation needed for service completion.
Scope of Work
Each project is based on an approved estimate, invoice, proposal, service agreement, project scope, or written statement of work. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, updated timelines, or written approval.
Payments
Clients agree to pay all approved charges according to the terms listed on the invoice, proposal, agreement, or payment page. Payments may be required before work begins, at milestones, or upon completion depending on the project arrangement. Payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL protection.
Service Delivery
Services are delivered through email communication, scheduled meetings, written documentation, system plans, project management tools, implementation notes, workflow records, vendor coordination, testing records, digital files, client-approved milestones, and agreed project timelines.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be considered when the service has not yet started; no discovery, consultation, system assessment, infrastructure planning, documentation, testing, vendor coordination, software configuration, technical research, or administrative work has been performed; and no software licenses, cloud hosting, digital tools, API fees, database services, contractor costs, vendor fees, professional services, or project-specific expenses have been incurred.
Refunds are generally not available for completed services, work already performed, consultation time already used, system assessments already completed, infrastructure planning already prepared, technical documentation already created, vendor research already performed, system testing already completed, cloud hosting already arranged, software subscriptions already purchased, API costs, database services, contractor fees, vendor fees, professional service fees, configuration files, implementation notes, system plans, and digital deliverables already delivered.
